Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for all digital initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing Ridge’s global brand and presence . You’ll run digital aspects, internally and externally, to make sure that all digital activities support the company strategy and objectives. You’ll create, manage, and optimize multi-channel B2B digital campaigns, as well as analyze and utilize actionable insights to improve results and ROI in order to build the ideal journey for the company’s potential clients and partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Understand Ridges’ target audiences, clients’ sensitivities, and their buyer/decision-making process.
  • Build the digital marketing funnel, end to end for Ridges’ products while tracking and optimizing all touchpoints in the user journey, from prospect to paying customer.
  • Develop and execute digital demand generation including paid and non-paid media campaigns while monitoring costs, campaign’s performance and ROIs.
  • Initiate, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for enterprise PaaS products in multiple channels, mostly in LinkedIn and Google.
  • Collaborate with team members to create ads, landing pages, and user flows.
  • Integrate and leverage digital tools to improve digital (and company) performance (Google Analytics, Pardot, Intercom, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Manage company’s web properties (website, social channels, YouTube).
  • Manage SEO/SEM.
  • Work with the sales department to track the impact of the digital plans on sales cycles and performance, leverage data-driven marketing insights to optimize as needed.
  • Consistently monitor and provide a feedback on improvement optimizations.

Position requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (social, search, display, content). LinkedIn and Google – a must
  • Innovative thinker who constantly looking to improve.
  • Technology oriented person, with a solid knowledge base in order to deep-dive into the cloud landscape.
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of analytics tools.
  • An efficient self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while sticking to deadlines.


  • Experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in tech for enterprise PaaS products
  • BA/BSC in analytical fields (economics, statistics, etc.)
  • Understanding of cloud computing; knowledge of IT infrastructure – a major plus
